1. Who we are

File Master (“we”, “us”) provides online file conversion and editing tools at filemaster.guru. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at murodjonbobobekov000@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Files you upload. When you use a tool, your file is transferred to our servers to perform the conversion, then made available for you to download. We do not read, analyze, or share the contents of your files, and we do not use them for any purpose other than performing the operation you requested.
• Account information. If you create an account we store your name, email address, and (optionally) an avatar image. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us; we never see your Google password.
• Usage information. We keep basic records needed to operate the service and enforce plan limits: how many conversions you run, how much storage you use, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How long we keep your files

• Uploaded files are deleted automatically: after 24 hours on the free plan, or after 30 days on the Pro plan.
• Converted (result) files are kept for the retention period shown in your account, then deleted automatically.
• Guest sessions. If you use File Master without an account, your files are tied to a temporary guest session and are deleted when it expires.
• You can delete any file yourself at any time from “My files”.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service:

• fm_session — keeps you signed in (expires after about an hour and is refreshed automatically).
• fm_refresh — lets us renew your session securely (up to 30 days).
• fm_guest — identifies your guest session if you use the service without an account.

In addition, our advertising partner sets cookies as described in the next section.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We show advertisements from Google AdSense to users on the free plan. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.

• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.
• Depending on your region, you may be shown a consent message before advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Pro-plan subscribers are not shown ads.

6. Payments

Payments for the Pro plan are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate File Master (hosting, payment processing, advertising as described above), or when required by law.

8. Security

Files are transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Session credentials are stored in hashed form on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.

9. Your rights

You can access and update your account details on the Account page, delete your files at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting murodjonbobobekov000@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, or erasure) under local data-protection law.

10. Children

File Master is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
